"I didn't start PersonaFit with a business plan. I started with a question I couldn't answer."

As a student, I was often asked, "What do you want to do?" And like many others, I didn't know. Not because I lacked ambition, but because I lacked clarity about myself. What am I naturally good at? Where would I actually thrive, not just fit on paper?

I realised this wasn't just my problem. It was systemic. Students graduate with degrees, but without a clear understanding of their own personality, strengths, or working style. At the same time, companies — especially SMEs — hire based on CVs and interviews, only to realise a few months later that something isn't working. Not because people aren't capable, but because they don't truly match the role, the team, or the culture.

The result is frustration on both sides, and a cycle of short-term hiring that benefits no one.

PersonaFit was created to change that. We bridge the gap between individuals and organisations by starting where most hiring processes don't: with the human behind the CV. Using insights from neuroscience and psychology — including personality frameworks such as the Enneagram — we help people understand how they think, work, and make decisions.
